Apsotile is an authentication done by ministry of foreign
Affairs of those countries which are member of HAGUE Convention. India is also
member of HAGUE CONVENTION. If
document which is to be used in HAGUE Convention, only Apostle Attestation by Ministry of
foreign Affairs is Enough.

Document should first get Authenticated from sate level HRD Department where document belongs
↓

Commercial document

Document should first get attested from chamber of commerce
↓
Ministry of external Affairs Apostle Attestation |
If document could not het Authenticated from State level
Authentication, there could be possibility of Apostle Attestation by following
the process of Delhi SDM attestation then Apostle from Ministry of External
Affairs.
